Seating: All seating is available on a first come basis. Reserved seating is located in the front for all speakers, priests, religious, handicapped and hearing impaired. Additional seating, and Family Seating, is available in the Lower Level (audio feed provided).
Volunteers: Extra help is always needed and appreciated at a conference of this size. If you would like to give of your time, please see the Registration Desk.
Youth Program: There is a special program for the youth on Saturday. Grades K-5/6 will have a morning and afternoon session. Middle and high school will have an afternoon session. All youth events will be held in the Lower Level of the Civic Center. For information and to register your children, please see the Registration Desk.
Adoration Chapel: Our Eucharistic Lord is waiting for you to adore Him after Holy Mass on Friday evening. The Adoration Chapel remains open during the entire conference. The only way this is possible is if you make a commitment to watch one hour with Him. Sign-up board is outside the Chapel, which is located in the foyer behind the stage. The entrance closes to the Chapel will remain unlocked after hours.
Bookstore: The bookstore is located in the Vienna Rooms A & B in the Grand Mountain Lodge. Stop in to see our wonderful selection of religious items, books, CDs, and gifts. The bookstore is opened throughout the conference and closes at 11:30 am on Sunday. Bishop Raica will bless pilgrims after Mass on Sunday.
Confession: The Sacrament of Confession will be available at various times throughout the Conference. Please check with the registration desk for times and locations. Times will be posted at the registration desk and the confessional area in the Lower Level of the Civic Center.
Handicapped: The Civic Center is handicapped-accessible and there is reserved seating near the front. There is also an elevator available. Look for signs in the main hall as you enter the doors to the left of the Registration Desk. See the Registration Desk if you have any questions.
Meals: There is a cafeteria and dining area in Vienna Rooms A & B of the Grand Mountain Lodge. Plus, there are several restaurants on the grounds of Boyne Mountain Resort available for your meals throughout the day. For more information, go to the Registration Desk.
Name Badges: A name badge lanyard will be given to you upon registering. You are required to wear your badge at all times to gain entrance to the Conference. PLEASE RETURN YOUR LANYARD AFTER THE CONFERENCE!
Priests & Deacons: All priests and deacons in good standing are invited to participate in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. In order to provide the Sacrament of Confession, we need priests who are willing to give of their time. Please see one of the conference volunteers if you are willing to help.
